Once payment for freelance consulting, PPC account audit, campaign setup, or monthly management retainer has been completed to Pradeep Kumar Gupta, the professional fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once work or strategic review has commenced.
Reasoning and Policy Rationale:
- Dedication of Professional Time: Freelance advertising consulting involves the immediate allocation of dedicated calendar hours, personalized account diagnosis, search query analysis, and custom strategic framework development.
- Irreversible Intellectual Labor: The recommendations, audit findings, negative keyword matrices, campaign restructuring blueprints, and optimization actions delivered represent intellectual property and consulting labor that cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.
- Advance Scheduling: Client onboarding requires reserving capacity and rejecting other prospective client engagements. Consequently, fees paid will not be refunded, credited, or transferred if a client unilaterally decides to cancel or pause their campaign.
2. Separation of Advertising Media Spend vs. Professional Consulting Fees
Clients must understand the distinct boundary between ad platform media costs and consultant fees:
- Direct Ad Spend Billing: All advertising click costs, impression fees, and media spend are charged directly by the relevant platform (Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Amazon, etc.) to the credit card or billing profile maintained in the Client's own ad account.
- No Ad Spend Custody: Pradeep Kumar Gupta does not collect, hold, mark up, or manage advertising budget funds. Consultant has zero access to Client billing funds.
- No Ad Spend Refunds: Any billing questions, charge disputes, or credit requests regarding media charges must be handled directly between Client and the respective advertising platform. Consultant is not liable for platform ad charges.
